Yes — customization is at the heart of what we do. Nearly every piece in our collection can be tailored to your project: dimensions adjusted to fit your space, upholstery in your choice of fabric or full-grain leather, and finishes across wood, metal hardware, and natural stone or marble tops.
If you're working to a specific palette or specification, we're happy to send physical samples of fabrics, leathers, finishes, and stone before you commit to an order. Simply share your requirements with our team and we'll confirm what's possible for the piece you have in mind, along with any effect on pricing or lead time.
Standard production takes approximately 25 days from order confirmation, as each piece is made to order in our Foshan factory. Highly customized pieces may require slightly longer — we'll confirm your exact timeline when you place your order.
We ship worldwide by sea and air freight, and can work with your preferred forwarder if you have one. Typical delivery windows after production are approximately 12 weeks (globally). Within China Mainland, as quick as 8-10 days.
Every piece is protected in custom packaging engineered for long-distance transport, so your furniture arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.
We serve both retail customers and the trade. Individual retail orders have no minimum — you're welcome to order a single piece.
For interior designers, furniture stores, and wholesale buyers, we offer trade pricing to qualified companies. Trade partners also receive priority access to our catalog, sample program, and dedicated account support. Contact us with your business details and we'll set you up with our trade terms.
Every order undergoes a full pre-shipment inspection at our factory. Before anything leaves Foshan, we photograph your finished pieces in detail and share the images with you for approval — so you see exactly what you're receiving before it ships.
All furniture is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If an issue arises, simply send us photos and your order number, and our team will arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement piece as appropriate. Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, and damage in transit not reported within 5 days of delivery.
We'd love to welcome you. Our showroom in Foshan displays our current collections, and factory visits can be arranged by appointment so you can see our craftsmanship and production process first-hand.
If you can't visit in person, we offer the next best thing: our full digital catalog, physical material samples delivered to your door, and detailed photos and videos of any piece on request. Trade buyers can also request our sample service for client presentations.
