At Gainsville furniture, we pride ourselves on offering the best service we possibly can. For more information and conditions, please view the information below. Items purchased from the Stock Clearance or Floor Stock section may carry their own limited warranties. Please ask our friendly staff about these warranties.

Occasional Furniture Warranty
Warranty Period:
5 Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty
Exclusions:
- Products used for business or commercial purposes, e.g., in a restaurant, hotel or bar.
- Change of address or ownership.
- Products sold as "Stock Clearance" or similar.
- General wear and tear. E.g., discoloration, abrasions, scratches, water marks or stains.
- Chips, dents, cracks or shattering of glass or stone not noted on initial delivery.
What's not covered?
- Sitting or standing on the table top or any part of the table not designed to sat or stood on.
- General wear and tear, including colour fading, scuff marks or similar caused by general use.
- Excessive damaged deemed ‘Misuse or Neglect’. These include, but not limited to, broken frames or structure caused by falling or landing on the furniture with force, not caused by general use.
- Removing parts, moving parts or DIY fixes to any part of the dining table. For example, taking apart the table to move it to another room, or to attempt to repair something yourself.
- Change of address, ownership, or moving of furniture.
- Transportation Costs.
It is up to the discretion of the Gainsville Service Manager to decide warranty validity on a case to case basis. A $250 service fee applies to all warranty related call outs within Metro Melbourne only. For other areas, please contact Gainsville.
