A real warranty — not the pro-rata kind. Your Bailey is backed by a 25-Year Structural Warranty, plus 5 full years on everything else: leather, fabric, motors, mechanisms and electronics. If a manufacturing defect appears, we fix it — free.
Most lounge brands hide behind a “pro-rata” warranty. It sounds generous — 10, 15, 25 years — but read the fine print: after the first year or two the cost shifts increasingly onto you, until the “warranty” leaves you footing an expensive repair bill. On a recliner, those motors and mechanisms are typically covered for just two years. The Bailey is engineered to last, and backed by five. No tapering, no pro-rata, no creeping costs — for the life of the warranty, a covered repair is ours.
