Beautiful table but terrible quality. The coating on the legs has not only scratched on all legs but also chipped off in a few places. We got in touch with Gainsville and only after chasing them up multiple times did they respond and arrange for a technician to inspect the damage. After the inspection we had to chase up multiple times again before getting a response that it was not covered by warranty and that we can pay $220 for repairs. They blamed the damage on our robovac even though we had very clearly indicated to the technician that it was physically impossible for the robovac to contact with the parts that had chipped off. We understand regular wear and tear however we are a shoes off house and we look after our furniture. For a supposedly quality item to show chips on the coating on its legs just demonstrates inferior quality. The after service also matches the quality of the product. We will not be spending our money here again. Beautiful as the furniture is, the quality just doesn’t match up. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the way we have been palmed off and given the runaround for the amount of money we paid for this table.
