Our warranty

A real warranty, not the pro-rata kind.

Most lounge brands offer a long warranty that's pro-rata: after the first year or two, more and more of the cost of a repair shifts onto you.

Your Bailey Storage Footstool is backed by a 25-year structural warranty and 5 full years on everything else. If a manufacturing defect appears, we fix it, free. No tapering, no pro-rata, no creeping costs.

Covered	Gainsville	Typical pro-rata warranty
Frame and structure	25 years, full cover	A long headline term, pro-rata after the first year or two
Leather and fabric	5 years, full cover	–
Who pays for a covered repair	We do, for the whole term	A growing share falls on you

Covers manufacturing defects.
